Single/Intro Session

This session includes:

• Energy Work Session (45 min-1hr) If working together virtually, details of this portion will be explained to you during our initial contact. I will compile the messages I receive during this portion of the session, along with wisdom from other divination tools to guide our work together.

• Meeting and Discussion (1 hr) We’ll connect to discuss the experience of the energy work session. We’ll co-create meaning with the messages received, and discuss methods for integration. 

• Summary Follow Up I’ll email or create a google doc with a summary of the information discussed during our session, so you can draw from it as a resource for deeper integration, inspiration and empowerment as needed.

Three Meetings

Our Three Meetings include a session like the one described above, with subsequent sessions evolving as guided by your soul’s unique needs, with further exploration into:

• Your natal astrology chart, giving you a snapshot of the sky at the moment of your birth and with insights to how that impacts your life. 

• Tools for deeper integration. Resources and strategies that enable you to implement new ways of being true to your full, unapologetic self.  

• Patterns and Messages from Spirit. Learn to identify communication from Spirit and your guides.

• Employing your agency by identifying and clarifying changes you want to make, then using targeted strategies for pursuing those changes, to shift engrained patterns that aren’t yielding your desired reality .

Six Meetings are available to those feeling the call. I look forward to the opportunity to dive deep with you and co-create a beautiful, transformative chapter in your life. It’s my hope that in this extended program you’ll experience a greater sense of wholeness and true self worth as you approach decisions in your life with an enhanced ability to recognize and verbalize your growth as you go.

In addition to the points described above, we will further explore:

• Identifying emotions and behaviors tied to messages you tell yourself or ineffective patterns you are repeating, giving you insight into your current responses.

• Examining a shift in language and a shift in relationship to patterns and emotions allowing you to transform your messages to self and others as you claim your unapologetic self.

• Over time, you’ll gain perspective and points of reflection so you feel clear on where to focus your time and energy during this transformational experience, as well as shift any unhelpful or unhealthy trajectories.
